Shipping & Returns



If you need to return an item to us, this must be done within 28 days of purchase.  You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement, providing the item is unworn, and as new.  If during this time you discover the item is faulty or does not fit you'll be entitled to a replacement item. If the item appears to be damaged, used or tampered with, you will not be entitled to a replacement item.


Our helmets have a 2 year manufacturers warranty, so should you have an issue that is through no fault of your own, please contact our office on 0121 472 6336, and we'll be able to advise you further.


Whilst we always endeavour do ship an item on the day you purchase it, on occasion it may be 2/3 business days before an item can be shipped.  If there is any sort of delay, we will always contact you on the phone number you provide at the point of purchase. 
Riders Motorcycle Clothing will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
